Angelic Pretty has updated on website stating they will be renewing their Japanese website on 12th April 11am (Japan Time).
"In conjunction with the online store renewal, there will be a Special set release and limited time sales from 12/4 to 18/4.
500 points which equals to 500 yen will be given as present for signing up to the new online shop, which you can redeem and use it during your online shop purchase.
They also have presents given out for the first 150 customer who purchase above 10,000 yen (tax excluded) on the online shop.
Free shipping will be given for customer who purchase 10,000yen (tax excluded). "
Not sure if all of the above statement apply to international as well. It's confusing since AP previously said they going to combine both international and Japanese online store together, but they did not make this announcement in English for international customers.
